Tech & Riders

Basic Requirements

  • Parking at venue 
  • Minimum 1.5 hours set-up & sound check time
  • Minimum space required 16′ x 8′ based on a 6 piece, 24′ x 8′ for an 8 piece
  • Suitable power supply with a minimum of six sockets close to the performance area. 
  • Space to get changed, preferably private & secure.
  • Tea / Coffee / Water / Soft Drinks. 
  • One hot meal for entire band and crew.

Basic Requirements

At any event where e2 are not responsible for the PA system or lighting we would require a minimum of: –

A minimum 5K PA system with 16 channel desk, 3-way split fold back, feeding 4 wedge monitors.

For events including the e2 Brass Section we require a minimum of 4-way split fold back, feeding 6 wedge monitors or side fills.

For events including extra vocalists or brass, additional wedge monitors will be required.

4 x Vocal Mics
3 x Brass Mics
3 x DI Boxes
Drum Mics (inc. D112 or equivalent)
Mic suitable for Guitar

Lighting - Technical

At any event where e2 are not responsible for the PA system or lighting we would require a minimum of: –

8 x Par Can (64s)
2 x Moving Spots

e2 are happy to liaise and discuss any of the above technical requirements with your chosen pa or lighting company.

Hospitality

Free supply of Soft drinks, mineral water and tea and coffee to be available from arrival, and for the duration of our time at the venue.

Hot meals served preferable at least 2 hours prior to performance time, for each member of the band and crew, including vegetarian option if required.

Secure changing and relaxation room with good lighting and preferably with running water, large enough for eight people to relax in comfort.

Car parking spaces for a minimum of 2 vehicles. Where this is not possible, parking meter or car parking fees incurred by the band and or crew to be refunded by the client.
